1. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2. Reporting Issues
To address any post-shipment issues, a complete 360-degree parcel opening video is mandatory.
- The issue must be clearly visible in the video.
- Edited or tampered videos will not be accepted.
- You must report the issue to us via Instagram DM or email at hello.themadraskadai@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3. Damaged / Incorrect Items
If the item received is damaged or incorrect:
- A replacement will be arranged only upon submission of a valid parcel opening video.
- Damage is considered only if clearly shown in the video.
- Based on product availability, we will either resend the item or refund the product amount.
4. Undelivered Orders Due to Incorrect Details
If an order returns to us due to incomplete address, incorrect mobile number, or wrong pincode, The Madras Kadai will not be responsible for return and forward shipping charges.
- The customer must bear these charges.
- If the customer wants the parcel reshipped, the return and forward shipping charges must be paid.
- If the customer chooses to cancel the order, the shipping charges (both ways) will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
5. Timeline for Return Shipments
Parcels returning to our warehouse may take 7 to 15 working days.
6. Reshipment Process
Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, The Madras Kadai will reship the product within 1 to 3 working days.
7. Product Warranty
There is no warranty or guarantee for products unless explicitly mentioned.
